Abstract

The community service program implemented in Katonsari Village, Demak Subdistrict, Demak Regency, aims to improve population administration orderliness through the application of an expert system utilizing forward chaining method. The stages of the service activity include collecting primary data through field surveys and in-depth interviews with the community and related agencies to understand the dynamics and challenges in population administration. Based on the analysis of collected needs, an expert system was developed as an information technology solution to support efficiency and accuracy in population data management. This program also emphasizes on the training of system implementation provided to the community and village administrative officers to ensure effective transfer of knowledge and skills. The evaluation of the system's success and effectiveness is conducted by measuring the improvement in population administration quality and user satisfaction of the system.

Abstrak

Program pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan di Desa Katonsari, Kecamatan Demak, Kabupaten Demak ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan tertib administrasi kependudukan dengan penerapan sistem pakar yang memanfaatkan metode forward chaining. Tahapan kegiatan pengabdian meliputi pengumpulan data primer melalui survei lapangan dan wawancara mendalam dengan masyarakat dan instansi terkait untuk memahami dinamika dan tantangan dalam administrasi kependudukan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kebutuhan yang terkumpul, dikembangkan sistem pakar sebagai solusi teknologi informasi yang dapat mendukung efisiensi dan akurasi dalam pengelolaan data kependudukan. Program ini juga menekankan pada pelatihan implementasi sistem yang diberikan kepada masyarakat dan petugas administrasi desa untuk memastikan transfer pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang efektif. Evaluasi keberhasilan dan efektivitas sistem dilakukan dengan mengukur peningkatan kualitas administrasi kependudukan dan kepuasan pengguna sistem.

The aim of this community service is to increase knowledge and measure children's abilities in understanding Islamic teachings through literacy. The implementation of PkM is located in the Kamilah housing complex, inhabited by around 200 people, to be precise, the location is in Bojong Sari District, Depok City. This PkM activity is in the form of a competition which is attended by 50 children aged 5 to 10 years. The implementation method consists of 3 steps, the first is the preparation stage by collecting data on the number of participants and making an activity schedule. The second stage is the implementation where participants take part in the competition according to those selected based on previous filling in for willingness. Next, assess the work results of the participants based on the assessment criteria agreed upon by the committee team. The results obtained in this community service are that children are able to know the procedures and rules in Islamic religious teachings such as those related to adab, tajwid and lafaz and fhasahah. Peningkatan Fungsi Kognitif Lansia Melalui Terapi Mewarnai Gambar Di Panti Sosial Mandalika Nusa Tenggara Barat

Increasing age and increasing prevalence of non-communicable diseases are the main factors causing cognitive function decline, Cognitive function decline will have an impact on decreasing daily social activities in the elderly which will become a quality of life problem and have an impact on financing family maintenance, community and government. This situation can be anticipated with a therapy that can improve cognitive function, one of which is coloring therapy. This therapy is proven to have effectiveness in improving the cognitive function of the elderly. This service was carried out at the Mandalika Social Institution NTB involving 18 elderly people. Coloring therapy was carried out for two days with 4 stages, starting from preparing the room, preparing participants, implementing therapy and evaluation. It was found that the result of a picture of cognitive function after coloring therapy was that 56% of the elderly did not have cognitive impairment. From the results of this service, it is hoped that the NTB Mandalika elderly social institution can apply coloring therapy as a treatment in improving the cognitive function of the elderly and doing other therapies in groups to improve the welfare of the elderly

Natural disaster that have occurred in several regions in Indonesia in recent years have increased public attention to disasters. In addition in disaster caused by endogenous energy, disaster in Indonesia are also caused by exogenous forces such as disasters related to hydrometeorological conditions, including tornadoes, drought, floods, and fires. Munggur Villaged in Andong District Boyolali Regency has the potential for drought, tornado, and fire disasters. However, information regarding these disasters is minimal received, so it is necessary to increase understanding of the concept of disaster and disaster mitigation to support disaster risk reduction. The aim of this activity was to increase the understanding about the concept of disaster and disaster mitigation. The method of implementation was by conducting disaster and mitigation socialization to residents of Munggur Village. Based on the result of this community service implementation, it was found that there was an increase in understanding of the concept of disaster and disaster mitigation. However, Further socialization or training is needed to strengthen the understanding and skills of the residents.

Matematika ialah mata pelajaran di Sekolah Dasar memberikan bekal kepada siswa untuk memiliki cara penyelesaian masalah berbeda dari kebanyakan orang sehingga kepercayaan diri terbangun sejak dini. Tangram bisa dipakai untuk meningkatkan cara berpikir matematis. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) dilakukan di SD Kristen Kalam Kudus Merauke dengan dosen 8 orang, 32 siswa di kelas I dan didampingi oleh wali kelas serta kepala sekolah. Pelaksanaan PKM bertujuan membiasakan siswa berkolaborasi dalam menyelesaikan masalah serta melihat kemmapuan berpikir kreatif dalam membuat berbagai bentuk berdasar bangun penyusun tangram. Metode yang dilaksanakan yakni pelatihan pembuatan tangram berbantu bangun datar. Hasil PKM untuk siswa yakni terlihat kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa untuk membuat bentuk baru sesuai dengan kreasi, percaya diri saat mengemukakan pendapat ketika berdiskusi dalam kelompok menyelesaikan masalah pembuatan tangram dan memperlihatkan hasil diskusi dengan yakin. Selanjutnya, hasil yang didapat dari tim pelaksana PKM adalah membiasakan siswa untuk bekerjasama, menyederhanakan bahasa saat menjelaskan supaya bisa dimengerti siswa dengan baik lalu relasi bertambah.

The Community Partnership Program (PKM) activities are carried out in Bantaeng Regency, South Sulawesi Province. The partners in this PKM activity are the teachers from the Mathematics Subject Teachers' Meeting (MGMP) at junior high schools (SMP) in Bantaeng Regency. However, in its implementation, in addition to SMP teachers, it is also attended by elementary school (SD), high school (SMA), and vocational high school (SMK) teachers. Among the objectives of this program are a) Socializing open-source software LibreOffice as an alternative to licensed Microsoft Office software; b) Providing knowledge to partners about the installation of LibreOffice software and the basics of using LibreOffice Writer. Some of the issues faced by the partners include a) knowledge about open-source software; b) Installation and basics of using LibreOffice Writer. This socialization and training are carried out for a group of partners, consisting of approximately 11 people, through online sessions via Zoom meetings. The expected outcomes are an understanding of the socialization materials, the installation of the application, and the basics of using the LibreOffice Writer application.

The method used in this activity of assisting in measuring growth and development for monitoring the nutritional status and development of toddlers is the individual approach method. This method emphasizes the process of empowering human resources to improve services, namely monitoring the growth and development of toddlers. Individual empowerment is expected to build awareness of critical thinking, positive and independent behavioral changes based on universal human values. The community service partner is PAUD Dian Persada which is located in Samuti Krueng Village, Gandapura District, Bireuen Regency, Aceh Province. Anthropometric measurement assistance was provided to Dian Persada PAUD Teachers, totaling 6 people, for approximately 2 (two) months, namely from July to August 2023. There was an increase in participants' knowledge regarding the measurement and growth of toddlers, which was marked by an increase in the average pre and post test was 4.17. There was an increase in participants' skills in measuring children's weight (BB), height (TB) and head circumference (LK). There was an increase in participants' skills in determining the nutritional status and development of toddlers based on the Pre-Developmental Screening Questionnaire (KPSP).

Jaringan komputer adalah sebuah sistem yang terdiri atas komputer-komputer yang didesain untuk dapat berbagi sumber daya, berkomunikasi, dan dapat mengakses informasi. Kabel lan (local area network) jenis straight dan cross over merupakan kabel yang berguna untuk menghubungkan beberapa komputer/perangkat dalam area yang terbatas contohnya seperti rumah, kantor, laboratorium, perkantoran. Setiap siswa dan guru memiliki masalah dalam hal efisiensi dan kecepatan berbagi data antara siswa dan guru. Saat ini, berbagi data dilakukan melalui media penyimpanan eksternal seperti flash drive dan hard drive eksternal, yang sering kali menyebabkan keterlambatan dan kerumitan dalam proses pertukaran data. Selain itu, tidak semua guru dan siswa memiliki perangkat tersebut, yang menyebabkan ketidakadilan dalam distribusi informasi dan materi pelajaran. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) dilakukan di SMA Negeri 21 Makassar dengan dosen dan mahasiswa 6 orang, 32 siswa kelas XI dan didampingi oleh Guru Informatika. Pelaksanaan PKM bertujuan mengatasi permasalahan lambatnya berbagi data antara siswa dan guru karena harus menyiapkan media penyimpanan eksternal dimana tidak semua siswa memiliki media tersebut. Metode yang dilaksanakan pengabdian ini menggunakan metode praktik dan demonstrasi langsung. Hasil yang diperoleh PKM ini siswa mampu mengetahui cara pembuatan dan konfigurasi kabel straight dan cross over yang dapat digunakan berbagi data antara siswa dan guru.

The aim of this community service activity is to improve social media management in an effort to improve the quality of effective learning for Prima Unggul Vocational School students, Tangerang City. This activity provides an opportunity to develop understanding through the use of social media such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok allowing students to create interesting content, share information quickly, and facilitate effective collaboration. The activity stages carried out are divided into 2 sessions, where the first session is the material explanation stage session and the second session is the simulation session. Initially, students were given a pretest before entering the material explanation stage, after that, the author also gave games to students by asking basic questions to train the students' thinking skills and analytical skills. Enter the material explanation session. The third stage, Practice or Simulation Stage. As a result of this PPM activity, it is known that there is high enthusiasm from the participants, from the overall activity it is known that 90% of them have increased knowledge and motivation to be able to improve the quality of learning from managing social media. Implementation of the Independent Curriculum (IKM) at the elementary school level can be realized by establishing collaboration between universities and schools. This collaboration is a form of knowledge transfer from higher education institutions to students. Hands-on practical activities such as farming have many benefits for students. Utilizing the school yard is the basic reason as well as being a learning medium for students. The implementation of PKM was carried out using lecture and FGD methods. The activity began with socialization on the use of school yard land and added the practice of hydroponic and verticulture farming using used bottles. The results of the activity are optimizing the yard area around the school by cultivating vegetable plants using a verticulture system. Apart from that, students gain direct knowledge and practice in making planting containers from used bottles and maintaining them until the vegetable plants are ready to be processed and consumed. One of the MBKM Programs is the Pancasila Student Profile which is the character traits and competencies that students are expected to achieve, which is based on the noble values of Pancasila. Students are expected to be able to modify and produce something original, meaningful, useful and impactful.

Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini yaitu dengan melibatkan pelatihan intensif yang fokus pada pengembangan keterampilan kreatif, strategi branding personal, dan teknik pemasaran digital yang dilaksanakan atas kerjasama antara STIEM Bongaya dengan BPPSDM Kominfo kota Makassar sebagai Tim Narasumber dan dibantu oleh Komunitas Mahasiswa Perbankan (KMP).Hasil dari pelatihan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dalam hal kualitas konten yang dihasilkan oleh para kreator, yang berujung pada peningkatan engagement dan konversi pemasaran produk. Para peserta mampu menciptakan konten yang tidak hanya menarik secara visual tetapi juga relevan dengan audiens target mereka, memperkuat identitas digital yang unik dan konsisten.Dari kegiatan ini juga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan tematik ini tidak hanya memperkaya pengetahuan dan keterampilan teknis konten kreator, tetapi juga meningkatkan kapabilitas mereka dalam membangun dan mengelola identitas digital yang kuat. Mitra Usaha pemilik Kuncup Melati Snack merupakan ketua paguyuban UMKM Kelurahan Tambakrejo. Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) No.23 Tahun 2018 berisi tentang tarif Pajak Penghasilan (PPh) bagi UMKM yaitu sebesar 0,5% dari peredaran usaha. Tahun 2021 Pemerintah mengeluarkan Undang-Undang Harmonisasi Peraturan Perpajakan (UU HPP) yang mulai berlaku tahun 2022, salah satu pembaharuan peraturan terkait UMKM adalah fasilitas batasan penghasilan bruto tidak kena pajak hingga Rp500.000.000 setahun dan NIK KTP yang berubah menjadi NPWP. Permasalahan yang dihadapi Mitra adalah ada beberapa Mitra UMKM yang tidak memiliki NPWP, dan tidak mengetahui : pentingnya memiliki NPWP bagi UMKM; adanya batasan tidak kena pajak; cara menghitung PPh; cara menyetor dan melapor pajak. Solusi yang diberikan Tim PkM kepada mitra adalah memberikan penyuluhan membuat NPWP dan pentingnya memiliki NPWP, pelatihan menghitung PPh dengan batasan tidak kena pajak sampai dengan omzet Rp500juta setahun dengan tarif PP No.23 tahun 2018, serta pelatihan menggunakan website DJP Online, mulai dari pemadanan NIK menjadi NPWP, menyetor menggunakan EBilling dan melapor pajak menggunakan SPT Tahunan melalui EForm. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah penyuluhan teoritis dan pendampingan praktis menghitung, menyetor dan melapor pajak. Hasil pelaksanaan PkM ini adalah Mitra mengetahui pentingnya memiliki NPWP, mudahnya mengurus NPWP, bisa menghitung PPh, menyetor pajak dan melaporkan pajak melalui DJP Online, sehingga menumbuhkan kesadaran mitra untuk menjadi wajib pajak yang patuh.
